“مشفى الكنانة” و”مشفى الفردوس” خارج الخدمة بعد استهدافهم بعدة غارات جوية من الطيران الروسي والسوري في مدينة دارة عزة. يتزامن هذا القصف مع تهجير آلاف المدنيين من المنطقة، واستهدافهم أثناء نزوحهم على الطرقات وفي المخيمات. أوضاع مأساوية يعيشها ما يقارب المليون مهجر في ريفي حلب وإدلب، المُهجَّرون بدون مأوى أو تدفئة أو رعاية صحية. .

Independent Doctors Organization (IDA), in the presence of Kilis deputy mayor, director of Kilis health, representatives of the German government, the Turkish Red Crescent and humanitarian organizations, officially inaugurated the Physiotherapy and Psychological Support Center in Kilis which provides services for the Syrian refugees.
