IDA is an independent non-governmental organization providing medical and humanitarian assistance to people affected by conflicts, natural disasters, and epidemics regardless of race, religion, gender, or political affiliation.
1. Communicate regularly with MEAL Senior Officer regarding the work plan, working locations, and MEAL tools to be used.
2. Take account of gender, protection, the environment and other important cross-cutting concerns in the implementation of data collection.
3. Arrange documents and ensure required data is completely collected to be submitted to MEAL Senior Officer.
4. Based on approved weekly and daily plans, make all necessary arrangements for activities in relevant communities.

9. Communicate and coordinate data collection, receiving/ collecting feedback/ complaints.
10. Discuss and coordinate responses with Field MAEL Officer, and communicate responses as outlined by internal Feedback Standard Operating Procedures.
11. Explain and introduce the feedback mechanisms to staff and communities when needed.
12. Conduct Monitoring Visits of IDA and partners’ activities and health facilities using provided monitoring methodology.
13. Receive/ collect all monitoring and evaluation forms and other MEAL paperwork and submit to MEAL Senior Officer.
14. Participate in Assessments, Focus Group Discussions, Key Informant interviews, other tools and debriefing after assessment.
15. Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible
16. Any other related IDA tasks as assigned by MEAL Senior Officer.
Strictly adhere to humanitarian and protection principles and standards, as well as organizational policies including the Code of Conduct, Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) and Child Protection
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in international relations, social sciences, economics, administration, or other related fields
• Experience in data collection and analysis via quantitative and qualitative tools surveys preferred
• High proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint required;
• Experience of working with NGOs highly desirable
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multicultural setting
